Act as single business point of contact for all items relating to the Allstate Agent websites, agent locator and local search. Develop, implement and adjust the strategic plan and success measures for this program. Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing team and Agency Sales as well as other stakeholders (Internal: Social team, agency sales, Integrated Marketing Group, legal, compliance, etc.)

?Develop overall business goals and strategic direction for the rollout of the Allstate website program ?Working closely with Agency Sales -- develop the short term and long term roadmap for this program?Work with other departments to identify and integrate programs that will add value?Evaluate enhancement requests to determine business benefit vs. effort to implement?Prioritize development plan to launch items that will produce the greatest value

?Agent Locator ?Work closely with Agency Sales to define business requirements ? manage the program of Agent Locator working with IT?Work with stakeholders and IT to develop a program roadmap of business driven enhancements?Oversee the day-to-day operations that are managed by Allstate IT (Map display issues, updating of address, agent questions, etc.). Act as an support and engage when needed.

?Content Development / Recommendations ?Work closely with the eBusiness content team and regional leadership to provide input on topic ideas or eTools that will benefit the program and the local agents (localized tools, customer retention programs, etc.) ?Make recommendations on material that should be retired or updated. In some cases this material may only live on the profile pages and not of A.com?Source the development of original materials where needed

?Own the local search program ?Oversee the program and ensure we are getting the business impact we expect?Manage issue and questions that occur?Make recommendations for improvement?Timely vendor reviews and evaluations of other possible partners?Develop executive level reporting to convey programs status and basis for improvement recommendations

?Own reporting and strategic recommendations ?Work with regional /Home Office leadership to understand their business goals and determine what metrics can be used to track that.?Understand the factors that are affecting the numbers and communicate the ?story? behind the data.?Make program recommendations to increase effectiveness?Test new ideas/features and adjust for continual improvement?Automate the collection and distribution of reporting so time can be focused on analysis and recommendations

?Monitor agent?s personal websites to ensure compliance (outsourced opportunity)?Use Site Monitor and other resources to identify and catalog agent?s personal websites, contacting those that are out of compliance.
